Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with RAAB ~ The Label. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

India

Size Exchanges Only

We offer size exchanges only on all products.

Refunds are issued only for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.

If you receive a product and wish to exchange it for a different size, or if it arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for a size exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The exchange is limited to size only for the same product.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Estimated time for the exchange process: 7–10 business days.

Exchange Process

  • Email our support team at info@raabthelabel.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, the item name, and the new size you would like.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement size.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item for exchange.

RAAB ~ The Label will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item only if the original item was sent incorrectly or was defective.

Exchanges Only

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are considered final. Refunds are issued only for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@raabthelabel.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.


International

No Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges on international orders.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if you receive an incorrect item.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Refund

  • The request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Clear photographs of the incorrect item must be provided for verification.

Refund Process

  • Email our support team at info@raabthelabel.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photographs of the incorrect item.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

  • After verification, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Customs, VAT & Duties

Any applicable VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
